One of the most beautiful cities in Delaware!
Newark is a fantastic place for both families and businesses alike. A hop-skip and a jump away from all major metropolitan cities (Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York and Washington) however, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city living. So many fantastic restaurants, state parks with over fourteen miles of beautiful walking trails, nightlife on the ever popular main street. If you are in the area check out one of my favorite restaurants Timothy’s of Newark and ask for their summertime salad. Their lime-cilantro dressing is AMAZING! But I digress…If schools are your main focus, the city of Newark is within a 5-mile radius of Newark Charter School. One of the best charter schools in the state and recently awarded by the US Department of Educations Blue Ribbon School 2017, for the second time in a row! Top it off with low one of the lowest property taxes on the east coast (average in New Castle County are $1385), why wouldn’t you want to live here 😉
